Grown in Peru's coastal valleys under year-round temperate conditions, our Hass avocado delivers the consistent dry-matter content and creamy texture that premium retail buyers depend on. Vertically integrated production — from our own orchards and 87 allied producers — ensures uninterrupted Class I supply. Available in conventional and transitional organic programs with full traceability from field to vessel.

Peru's Piura valley — with its intense coastal sun, loamy soils and the thermal oscillation that drives natural sugar accumulation — produces some of the world's finest export mangos. Our Kent and Tommy Atkins programs supply EU, UK and North American retailers from November through April, the prime counter-season window, consistently achieving Brix levels that exceed market standards. Conventional and certified organic lines available with private-label packing options.

Our blueberries are grown at elevations between 1,500 and 3,500 metres, where slow ripening cycles produce fruit of exceptional firmness, deep anthocyanin colour and extended shelf life. The August–February export window complements Northern Hemisphere supply precisely, enabling uninterrupted 52-week retail programs without range gaps. Varieties Ventura, Sekoya and Mathias are selected for jumbo caliber and outstanding post-harvest performance in controlled atmosphere transport.

From the Ica valley's desert climate — near-zero rainfall, intense radiation and cool nights — comes Peru's benchmark table grape, harvested between July and February at its natural Brix peak. Our Crimson Seedless and Red Globe programs serve EU and North American supermarkets during the Northern Hemisphere off-season, delivering consistent cluster size, natural bloom and the texture that premium retail demands. Cold-chain management from vine to reefer vessel is handled entirely in-house.

El Paraíso's mandarin and clementine programs span Satsuma, W. Murcott and Rio de Oro varieties sourced from the temperate growing zones of Junín and Puno, where altitude and diurnal temperature variation create the acid-to-sugar balance that European retail specifications demand. Hand-selected and packed to strict caliber tolerances, our supply window runs January through November, complementing Spanish and Moroccan seasons and bridging supply gaps for year-round program buyers.

No Peruvian export product better illustrates the advantages of equatorial year-round growing than asparagus. Harvested from Ica's alluvial soils and air-freighted to European and North American markets within 24 hours of cutting, El Paraíso asparagus arrives with the turgidity, uniform colour and stem integrity that Class I retail specifications require. Green and white varieties available, packed to customer private-label format with full cold-chain traceability from field to shelf.
